The Team at Maine Street Marketing

Brenda Lawler

Brenda was born and raised in the small community of Newport, Maine. A short time after her college education in Graphic Arts, she became a management team member at Maine Printing Company. After MPC, Brenda spent 20 years as the Marketing Director of Funtown/Splashtown USA. During her tenure at the park, she received the State of Maine Governor’s Award for excellence in tourism. She also served eight years on the Biddeford Saco Chamber of Commerce, receiving multiple recognition awards. Before co-founding Maine Street Marketing, her last stop was DexMedia (publisher of Verizon/Fairpoint directories). She was a media consultant for eight years and received multiple awards for digital sales recognition. She then served as the District Sales Manager for four years. Leaving the national chain company DexMedia, formerly Verizon, Brenda, and Paul, formed Maine Street Marketing in 2015.

Brenda is dedicated to remaining at the forefront of digital marketing by consistently engaging in advanced online training across multiple disciplines. She actively hones her expertise in website development, social media management, PPC advertising, SEO, and content strategy, ensuring she can provide her clients with cutting-edge solutions. Paul Landry

Paul was born in Boston and was raised in Beverly, Massachusetts. He attended Salem State College, majoring in business.

He came to Maine in 1995 and saw that sign down in Kittery that said: “Welcome to Maine… The Way Life Should Be”. "Well, heck, sign me up." He moved to Maine to pursue a career in insurance. He earned Agent of the Year for the State of Maine in his second year. He qualified for the Presidents Honor Circle 3 times. He has held many sales records in the office that are still unbroken. After nine years, he left the insurance business to work in television, selling both: 30-second commercials and long-format ads. He produced the “Our Maine Money” show, bringing to viewers all things financial. Before co-founding Maine Street Marketing, his last stop was DexMedia, the publisher of the Fairpoint yellow pages and superpages.com. Here he was one of the leading sellers of online digital banner ads. Marketing is his passion. Leaving the national chain company Verizon formerly DexMedia, Paul and Brenda formed Maine Street Marketing in 2015.

Paul, the technical guru of our company, is committed to staying at the forefront of digital marketing by continually engaging in specialized online training across key areas. His expertise spans website development, social media management, PPC advertising, SEO, and content strategy. Through this ongoing education, Paul brings both technical depth and strategic insight, ensuring our clients benefit from the latest tools, trends, and best practices in digital marketing. His dedication allows us to deliver sophisticated, effective solutions that are perfectly tailored to each client’s growth objectives.

He relocated to Holiday, Florida, to expand Maine Street Marketing's customer base down there and to be closer to his father. He is the former President of the Yarmouth Football Association. He, along with his friends, formed the Yarmouth GrillMasters. This group of people cook at the local sporting events. The GrillMasters also love using their 275-gallon Smoker for BBQing. He enjoys traveling to sporting events with his son. Paul is an avid sports fan and was born 300 yards from Fenway Park, so it’s in his blood. Paul is the proud dad of William Landry. William is the clubhouse attendant for the Boston Red Sox. Just like his dad, he "love sports".

Mary graduated cum laude in the honors program of the Sawyer Business School where she obtained a business marketing degree. She received scholarships from Coca-Cola, People’s United Bank, and Suffolk University to attend school. Her most notable achievement at Suffolk was creating a career closet that offers a free and sustainable option for all Suffolk students to obtain professional attire. Although she received many awards for her academia and service, Mary believes that the best awards she received were the relationships, opportunities, and successes she made.

Mary has been working in the marketing field since her first year of college. She started out working as an executive assistant for numerous professionals in the finance and marketing industries where she was able to expand her network and learn business operations from the ground up. From there, she started working in the entertainment industry as a marketing director and operational leader for Dope Entertainment. Some brands Mary has worked with are Massachusetts General Hospital, Portland Thorns FC, Dope Entertainment, Suffolk University, and many small businesses.

While Mary can apply logic and reasoning to solve complex problems, her ambitious creativity is what differentiates her work from others. She is passionate about brainstorming ways to challenge the norm for the better by using her creativity in conventional and non-conventional ways. Mary actively participates in specialized online training programs to stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, including web development, Google Paid Advertising, and search engine optimization.

Since graduating, Mary has moved back home to Kennebunkport, where she lives with her miniature dachshund, Mabel. She loves to spend time with her family and friends by golfing, fishing with her brother, Britt, and traveling. Her family, friends, and passion for helping others mean everything to her.
